Selling a home is a complex decision. My first goal is to visit with you in your home to provide you with a personalized listing package including a current comprehensive market evaluation of your property. Most importantly, this will give us an opportunity to get to know each other so that you can determine if I will be the best person to represent you. Ultimately you should select someone you believe will most successfully lead you through all the steps necessary to market and sell your home.

In this initial consultation we will determine your needs and priorities. I will explain the Agency relationship so you are comfortable with our mutual obligations, and know that you will be effectively represented in any transaction.


Pricing Your Home

The first step in pricing your home for a fast and lucrative sale is to compare your home to similar properties that are currently on the market or recently sold. Based on features like the location, size, condition, local amenities and more, we will ascertain the optimal listing price.

The market has the greatest impact on determining the value of your property, and it can change rapidly. Looking at homes that have recently sold, gives us an indication of what buyers are willing to pay. The homes currently listed for sale represent what fellow vendors hope to obtain. The listings that have expired could have been overpriced or ineffectively marketed.

Together, we will consider the individuality of your home and the current market conditions, to determine the optimal price to list your home.

Negotiating a Sale

After much discussion, I will be certain of your minimum conditions, acceptable closing dates, and lowest price you will accept from a potential purchaser. Interested buyers will submit an offer to us through their agent.pic2 I will take you through the offer to ensure that you understand all aspects of it. Before you accept or sign back the offer, you may wish to take the offer to a lawyer and make certain that ever detail is legally accurate and in your best interest. Once you are completely satisfied with the terms of the offer, you can confidently sell your home.
